NBA stars Vlade Divac, Sidney Moncrief and Jack Sikma are the headliners of the 2019 class for the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Sikma, a three-time All-America selection at Illinois Wesleyan, helped guide the Seattle SuperSonics to their first NBA Finals during his rookie season in 1977-78. Moncrief was a two-time Defensive Player of the Year and a five-time All-Defensive team choice.

The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced its 2019 inductees Saturday at the Final Four in Minneapolis. Cooper died in 1984 at age 57.

Sikma is a seven-time NBA All-Star and NBA champion. He led the Boston Celtics to a title in 1981 and still holds the highest winning percentage of any coach in Celtics history (.738). He was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the No.5 overall pick in the 1979 NBA Draft and played 10 of 11 years of his career there. An All-American at Duquesne, he played six seasons, averaging 6.7 ppg. Fitch, 86, worked as a head coach for 25 years and won twice the NBA Coach of the Year Award (1976 and 1980). Westphal took Phoenix to the NBA Finals in his first season as a coach, 1992-93. Woj pointed out that the Serbian center came from the worldwide category, meaning that Divac's global career contributed a lot to his induction into the Hall of Fame, though he's also one of the seven players who could get 13,000 points, 9,000 rebounds, 3,000 assists and 1,500 blocks in National Basketball Association history. He also served three seasons as the Warriors' general manager.

To be elected, North American and Women's Committee finalists must receive 18 of 24 votes from the Honors Committee for election into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Jones was named to the NBA All-Defensive first team on eight occasions and he was a key cog on the 1983 Philadelphia 76ers championship team. He was the 1982-1983 NBA's Sixth Man of the Year Award victor while posting 9.0 points per game and 4.6 rebounds.
