President Trump on Tuesday gave further credence to Rep. Devin Nunes' (R-CA) conspiracy theory that Twitter is shadow-banning conservatives, telling reporters in the Rose Garden that the situation was "dangerous" and that he's noticed "names are taken off" of his account.
The President tweeted several attacks on the late senator, focusing on McCain's ties to the controversial Russian Federation dossier and his vote against repealing Obamacare, and said McCain had been "last in his class" at the US Naval Academy.
"I think that's a disgrace, plus there are other things", Trump said.

The President's tweets prompted a swift reaction from McCain's daughter Meghan McCain, who responded on Twitter that "no one will ever love you the way they loved my father". McCain's family and friends from both sides of the political spectrum rushed to defend him amid the president's tweets.
Trump criticized McCain again over his "thumbs down" vote on repealing Obamacare, saying he was "unhappy" that McCain did not give the White House a heads up about his "no" vote.
When Trump was running for president in 2015, he said John McCain was "not a war hero".
McCain died in August at the age of 81 after a battle with brain cancer. A short time later, in Hanoi, I visited the dank, miserable cell where McCain spent much of his five-plus years in captivity.
"Clearly, we have seen, since day one, President Bolsonaro's election as a real opportunity to fundamentally remake our relationship with Brazil", the senior official told reporters on a conference call Monday.
McCain says Trump "will never be a great man", and is urging Trump to focus on his family instead of hers.
