Parlour was heaping praise on the 27-year-old dynamic midfielder in the wake of his stellar effort in Arsenal's 4-2 win over arch-rivals Tottenham on Sunday.

"In the week we had trained playing with the three at the back as we had done in the previous game but for us it is not a problem".

"I said yesterday he's had backache since last Tuesday". All the goals we gave away were sloppy.

"I don't think it's felt like that for a few years.

It is alleged that in the 32nd minute, they failed to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion", the FA said in a statement.

Arsenal, who won 4-2 at the Emirates, and Tottenham both have until Thursday, December 6th to respond to the charge.

Mesut Ozil is unlikely to be available for Arsenal's Premier League tie with Manchester United on Wednesday as he is still struggling with a back injury, Unai Emery has revealed.

Aubameyang levelled again in the 56th minute before second-half substitute Lacazette put Arsenal ahead with a deflected strike from outside the area. Contract talks broke down in September and Emery offered no suggestion that the situation would change.

Wright, speaking as a pundit on Match of the Day 2, said: "It's ironic really in a week where I present a show celebrating the pioneers and how far we've come". The midfielder laid on goals for Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in his most decisive contribution of a season that looks certain to be his last for the club.

"There are different ways of playing but on the pitch we are 11 against 11", he added.

"We went in at half-time 2-1 up and in a very good position".

Arsenal could also be without Ozil against United on Wednesday night after the German global missed the win over Tottenham with an apparent back problem.
