A video game player faces rape charges after he was reportedly overheard through his PlayStation console forcing a teen girl to have sex, police said.
Police said Fabian was playing "Grand Theft Auto" against another gamer online in June when he said he planned to "smash" a girl who was over his house.
"He was arrested in June for another case involving a different 15-year-old girl, where he allegedly raped her in his home as well", Kevin Doll, Pasco Sheriff's Office spokesman told the station.
The witness claimed he could hear a girl through the microphone moaning and saying "no" at least four times.
When Fabian was finished, he returned to play the video game with the other online gamer.
The suspect, identified as 18-year-old Daniel Enrique Fabian, was arrested last week in Pasco County, WFLA 8 reports. Through that mic, the player heard the girl cry out in distress and say "no", then 15 minutes later, Fabian hopped back onto the game and began playing again.
The 18-year-old has been charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a victim between the ages of 12 and 15. In February, police say, Hayes was arrested after he admitted to molesting the 9-month-old girl, according to WMC5.
Local media report that a medical examination supported the teenager's allegations. A DNA swab taken from her thigh reportedly linked Fabian to the attack. He is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond at Pasco County jail.
Fabian was arrested on November 21 and charged with lewd and lascivious battery.
